Great value for money!
Advantages: It is more enjoyable compared to the average "HEAT" magazine. Disadvantages: There are no disadvantages of Simon Furman's work!
The Creation Matrix, the life-force of the Transformers, has been lost for an age. Now with Unicron bearing down on their home, the Autobots must locate the Matrix before all is lost. But they're not the only ones looking for it. I prefer less shiny graphics and more of an old-fashioned illustrated book but I suprisingly enjoyed this book because of its graphics - ha. But the storyline and text are also a big winner for this comic book. Simon Furman ...

Generation X - Lets just forget it happened.
Advantages: Its got Mutants in it, Emma Frost's kinda hot Disadvantages: Everything else, Jubilee
Well where to start...
It would seem that in 1994 Marvel Comics (home of the X-men, Spider-Man and all the decent super heros) decided to have a teen version of the X-Men, their earlier attempt (The New Mutants) was kinda cool, so now they would do it again, for the MTV generation....
Well they failed, not just a little bit, but a lot...
In my opinion, the cast of characters was the main reason this story failed, none of them were cool, or interesting.... ... ...- Telepath
Banshee - Do i have to explain?
Now Emma Frost is quite a good choice, as she used to be one of the X-Mens biggest villains, before havign a change of heart, plus she looks kinda hot too :P However telepaths have been done tod eath in the X books and it didn't seem like they really cared which telepath it was, they wrote the same way for all of them.
Banshee - Ermm.. Scottish, smokes a pipe and screams.. basically your Grandad but with ...

From the Ashes...
Advantages: Amazing artwork, brilliant storyline, and of course, Phoenix Disadvantages: You'd have to know a bit about the history of the X-Men to understand
...many affiliates (X-Factor, X-Force, Generation X etc), but I stopped collecting the comics when I came into my late teen's. After seeing the second hit X-man movie, "X2," I was excited to see the shadow of the phoenix at the end, and eagerly awaited "X-men 3: The Last Stand," which brought back Jean Grey as the Phoenix (one of my all-time favourite characters). Seeing this film re-kindled that old flame for comic books, and I'm so glad it did. Not ... ...different storyline to the comics, so try not to get confused!
Granted, not the best Graphic Novel to try to pick the story back up with, but luckily I know enough of all the characters to understand what was going on.

Just impressive, and still is
Advantages: All Disadvantages: None
Who watches the watchmen?
It's a phrase to think about. And it's the real motto of this limited series published years ago. Imagine yourself in the middle of a world, with only one being with superpowers, but a lot of people trying to be only a percetage of what the one and only superhero is. Mix that with a couple of people killed, mistery, maybe a complot to destroy faith on superheroes, and then you will get Watchmen.
It's almost impossible ... ...still on a full actual state of the art comic book, but it is. What the cominc book industry needs is another Watchmen, another Dark Knight. Those comics open the way to be considered adult comic books, before it was only a kids business.
Thnakyou Alan Moore, we need more people like you in this crazy world ...

Stan lee is a great man
Advantages: X- MEN!! STAN LEE! Disadvantages: Story is not that good
...getting nostalgic! the thing is X-men was one of stan lee's greatest superhero group . you have cyclops , man hat could shoot lasers out of his eyes and wolverine with claws on his knuckles and more! Stan lee is a great man who is not afraid of anything. he is not afraid that one day , DC might take over marvel . He did not think about what parents of kids would say about a spider type hero or about a green savage beast killing people, He would just ...
