Great review! I studies this at school and really enjoyed it, Anthem for Doomed Youth is really good aswell :)

It's not boring, it's a well written op! I don't kno much about Wilfrid Owen but could this be a biographical poem? It does have as much relevance, it seems, to todays world as when it was first written. A thought provoking poem.
