Splendid! So many bits made me chuckle and smile...great review. Do you know Tesco do a 'value insurance', and they're not so value stuff i pretty good value too. But meh, it's tesco! I think you're review could have been better if some of the spacing was gone, to make clearer paragraphs and some highlighting here and there...ooo la la...but nowt serious as this is a tippity top piece of reviewmanship. I've never had a problem with Elephant, been with them a few times over the years. However my friend's car was hit (while parked) by a drunk driver and Elephants claims and recovery procedures didn't seem very joined up. It know it took many phone calls over many months and a trip to the obudsman service to get it sorted out...
