Bought this player for my girlfriend but she is gone and I have it now.. :)
This is an impressive DVD player. I bought this online from www.time2get.com and I wasn't sure about the brand because it sounds like a cheap "sound-like" replicas but It is definitely worth of money. Small size, very comfortable buttons and easy to use basic interface. This is the first low-budget DVD player I've seen which plays my old VCDs without any problem. Lowest sound extraction is 44200 Khz and result is excellent in my very small scale home theater system. If you especially like music DVDs, this is it..
I've had a Sony DVP-NS36 player but after this one I gave it to my father and kept this Compacks. It is definitely a bargain..
I recommend this player to everyone!
(PS: This does not come with a scart lead; you have to buy one if you want to use scart; but it comes with a RCA cable which you can use)
