Compaq AlphaStation DS20E - Alpha 21264 667 MHz

Advantages: Excellent manufacturer and customer service
Disadvantages: Not too good to work on for an upgrade

...HP has always been know for its build quality. This PC is one of there home user systems which is a great compact machine. The tower itself is not so big like many other manufacturers but the downside is when going to upgrade the machine, its not so good to work on as its quite compact inside. Nothing much realy goes wrong with this PC as all parts are made by reputable manufacturers. The motherboard inside can take a range of processors and with some up to 1.2mhz. Also depending on the motherboard again, the memory upgrades can range from 256mb to 768mb. I have never had any problems with the screen and has always stayed sharp with no glitches. ...COMPAQ by its name alone. This recent launch of the compaq company is gathered with the most recent features. Its good looking and the main plus of compaq PC's are that its got the facility of attaching the speakers to the monitors side, giving it a very nice look again. As being the user of a compaq PC and being used compaq laptops, i would sugest anyone to go for the same. It has got all recent features and is very easy to install it yourself. The guide manual is very easy to understand and follow. Any person opting to buy a PC can blindly choose compaq.And particularly this models serves all the essential need and puposes for a need to buy a PC........!!!!!!!!!!!!... Read review

Advantages: Very stylish, reliable high specification PC

The Hp desktops are very reliable and speedy machines, they tend to come complete with manufacturer software such as:- - Roxio CD/DVD creator - HP system software manager - HP protest tools security software The hp software is not really needed but the roxio cd/dvd creatpr is very useful. This PC will be perfect for business use, and possibly a decent gaming machine.
