Compaq Evo Notebook N600c

Advantages: Durable, loads of fixes on the hp site, quite nifty for its age
Disadvantages: just getting on a bit

my wife has one of these and i use it quite often , this notebook has a sleak look for a low cost system especially as it has a p3 processor the body is a robust look as well as being tough , the keyboard functions are touch sensitive so theres no hard typing , the cd rom can be taken out and replaced with a floppydrive for easy access this system is a good powerfull system ,i use it for studio recording so its ideal for me to use this as it is ... Evo N600c has been my friend for the past one year and three months. I use it everyday as I work from home. I use it while travelling on train to my work place once in a while. It is lightweight and ideal for travel. It has good battery life. I have not personally faced any problems with this laptop except the fact that it generates a lot of heat.
