...The HP 952C is the first HP printer since the old black and white Deskjet 500 that I would purchase. The print driver is small, fast and responsive. The interface is easy to use. The HP Toolbox keeps me informed of the ink level left. In other words, this printer is user friendly. And the output is something else. When using photo quality papers and PhotoRetIII, I can get photographic quality from the printer. And a 4 x 6 inch print takes less than 2 minutes to print (this includes spooling time from the software to the hard drive to the printer).... Read review

Advantages: Slimline, only takes a few U's in the Rack. very reliable.
Disadvantages: The new HP Smartstart is not as easy to understand as the original version.

...For those of you who aren't aware HP have taken over Compaq and rebadged compaq Servers with the HP badge. This is just an upgrade to the Compaq Proliant DL380 G2. You are still getting one of the most reliable servers in the industry for the right price. They have also rectified the problem on the last model where there was only 4 bays for hard disks , there are now 6 bays, a FDD and a CD drive. The server is a slimline model and for those of you who rack their servers, this is ideal as it only takes a few U in the rack. I have built several of these without any real problems and all have been stable once built. The only critisimn I can make is that Smartstart, a compaq utility to assist you in building these servers, has been rebadged, HP smartstart and given an overall and so far im not impressed, the screens don't flow... ...or gaming. RAM - Possible 8GB maximum storage of 800Mhz bus speed ram nice and fast, also plenty of room for a upgrade if needed. STORAGE -250GB Hard drive. plenty of room for storage of any data required. NETWORKING - Onboard gigabyte network device fast dependable data transfer rated over any network. i would personally give HP 10/10 for support i have never had a issue with them. This desktop PC is reliable, fast, User friendly and comes with great manufacturer support. Highly recommended... Read review
