Complan comes in 4 flavours strawberry, chocolate, original and chicken soup. I have tried all the flavours except chicken soup. I was a bit disappointed that they did not have vegetable soup as I am a vegetarian and it would have been nice to have had a savoury complan option.
Each packet of complan is 267 cals or equivalent to a small meal. If you make it with full fat milk you can get even more cals if you are trying to put on weight. It contains a broad range of vit and minerals including vit c and b's etc its like a multivitamin drink.

Strawberry was not so good a bit sweet and artificial tasting but no so bad I could not drink it.
Original was good as it just had a malty taste and I mixed it with coffee and hot milk and had it as my morning coffee.
Its cost £3.99 for four sachets or £4.99 for the orginal which is in a giant sachet and you just use 2 to 3 heaped table spoon fulls and there is 8 servings.
You can mix it with water or hot milk. I always used hot milk. The downside is that it is hard to mix without it being lumpy and if it is lumpy its gross. I have a braun hand blender and used this to mix it and it was very nice and lump free.
It was the only way I could get vitamins and caleries when I had no appetite for solid foods and if I get sick or run down again I will use it again.
Advantages: Great when your not well Disadvantages: You always get bits at the bottom of the cup!
I had always associated Complan with the elderly for some reason before i discovered it myself.
I was recovering from a particulary bad bout of food poisoning, so was feeling generally run down and needed to get something in my stomach really.
I always turn to Boots and end up trawling up and down the aisles in the hope that some miracle cure will jump out and rescue me. This is when i came across Complan.

Complan is basically a source of nourishment if your feeling unwell, just want a light meal, havent got time to eat or recouperating from illness.
It has 12 essential vitamins and various minerals, it also says that it provides 50% of your recommended daily allowance. Hurrah, that was good enough for me.

...Drink" True to its name Complan is an energy Drinks for growing kids and Teenagers.
I started drinking Complan when I was 9 years old and I now I am 20 I still drink it because I am simply addicted to its taste. Be it Chocolate, Strawbarry or Wheat flavoured, I enjoy them all.
If you like your milk pure, i.e. without any flavour, then I still recommend you Drink Complan when you have fever or for some reason you can not eat solid food. Complan ... ...or recuperating from illness. After 1 week of regularly drinking Complan, you will feel the difference. Adults can drink it too as a Morning Ebergy drink. I bet its much better then Caffaine or Tea.
The only downside is that once you start drinking it, you get addicted and thats not a good thing.
So If your kid hates drinking milk, loves chocolate, need some extra energy to excel in both sports and energy. Give Your Loved Ones- Complan! ...

...I ended up trying chicken complan soup. They say you can mix them with water or milk. Well they are very thick and frothy with milk, I had to mix them in a blender to get rid of all the lumps but then I tried them with water to see if that was any better. Well it was better but they were still pretty gross tasting, not so bad you can't drink them or end up spitting them out but I certainly wouldn't be in a rush to buy any more again. ...

I have a cold and it is early July, brilliant! My daughter came home from Tenerife last weekend with what I can only describe as Spanish Flu. She has been lying on the couch for a week now and I have been tending her with lots of ahhhs and oh dears and plying her with Lemsip and Complan.
