These do contain all the vitamins and minerals you need from a proper meal without the fat. I am underweight and supposed to have supplement drinks. I have the usual milkshake drinks, I used to be able to get Nestle Build up milkshakes on prescription from my doctor but they aren't available now. Boots dotheir own make but they are not exactly nice tasting and the only ones I can get from the doctor are Scandishakes which are ok tasting but I only like the chocolate and strawberry flavours and milkshakes get a bit boring don't they. They used to do the Build up chicken soups but they don't now and all the doctors soups are absolutely vile tasting and unedible. So thats how come I ended up trying chicken complan soup. They say you can mix them with water or milk. Well they are very thick and frothy with milk, I had to mix them in a blender to get rid of all the lumps but then I tried them with water to see if that was any better. Well it was better but they were still pretty gross tasting, not so bad you can't drink them or end up spitting them out but I certainly wouldn't be in a rush to buy any more again.

I am going to say the same as SueMagee, she provides helpful comments that makes us all better writers. Try reading other peoples opinions and see what kind of things people want to know (which is basically everything and anything about the product you are writing about) Cat x
