My previous PC was a huge tower so I was looking for a small but powerful cube PC. After looking around and trying out various custom PC websites I settled on Computer Planet who offer many customisation options for every part of the system and have very good prices.

I was kept fully informed of how the build was progressing all the way through - for example production started, build finished, testing stages and finally the UPS delivery, which was free. I had put my order in around the Easter holidays so I was kept informed of the possible delay, but thankfully the build was still finished on time.

Build Time: I chose the standard build time, which was 9 days. If you require a quicker build there are options available, including next day.

Secure Payment: The website in payment areas is fully secure and for further protection Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used, so I was confident that my details were safe.

Support: When you order an account is created to allow you to view your order via the members area. There are also forums that are active with other customers and staff, live chat help, e-mail support, knowledge base and if really required a 0161 telephone number.

The computers also have 12 months warranty with 2 months free collect and return, Computer Planet also advises that and some components have up to 3 years of individual warranty.

Delivery: Everything arrived very well packed with lots of material to protect my purchase, and UPS are used so the standard of delivery is high.

When I received the computer I looked inside to review the quality of the build, and also fit my existing hard drive. The build was very neat and tidy, which I was very pleased with as I could tell they'd taken care and the computer would work better as a result. A few months in as of writing and the computer is very reliable, much quieter than my old computer and very smooth.

I would definitely use Computer Planet again for another build.
