I bought this camera on a whim from eBay recently. I only wanted a cheap camera to upload my pictures of items on to the site and for summer snaps.
It only cost me £20 (bargain!!) plus delivery. It comes with a tripod, video and USB sockets, carry case and handy wrist strap, as well as 2 manuals and software bundle.
It took me a while to set up the software on my Win XP computer as a lot of the files were clashing with those already on my system, however I think that's due to my pc being a bit of a mess! Finally once it was all installed, I hooked the camera up to the pc via the USB cable and downloaded my photos.
The quality was surprisingly good for something so cheap, although a few pictures were a bit blurry (probably me not keeping still!). The software is easy to use, you just open the photo impression program and click on "get photos" then transfer or delete the photos on the camera.
It also comes with special effects software, such as crop, rotate, frames, edges and image effects like bubbles, raindrops, whirlpool and blur etc to add some interest to fun photos.
The camera itself is very easy to use and contains a self timer, built in auto flash, quality selection (Economy - holds up to 100 pictures; Normal - up to 30; and fine - up to 16, I think). I tend to use normal. It also doubles as a webcam and a video camera, but I've not tested these functions yet as I have no need for them.
To conclude, this camera makes a great starter camera. It is excellent value for money, with the only gripes being the confusing software and not having an LCD screen to view the pictures on the camera. This aside, it's a fab piece of equipment! :)

(+) Ultra-compact dimensions, fun automatic tools, good performance for the asking price (-) Cluttered menu layout, camera buttons are scarce, specs are almost identical to the Samsung ES15
