    Evaluating Condemned 2 was ultimately a tricky task. The sum total of the experience doesn’t amount to a classic game per se, but a great many of its ideas and features are highly laudable and for the most part, well implemented. Its multitude of spook tactics make for one of the tensest games of this generation so far, with an ominous vibe that the more recent Resident Evil’s and Silent Hill’s could learn a thing or two from.     Advantages Advantages Great fun, great way to get a look into CSI, great graphics all round great game

    I am a stickler for not giving away too much about the games story through my reviews. Story: I haven't finished this game infact I only recieved it 1 day ago, althought through this one day of play I have realised how great a game it really is. I haven't played the first game but felt adequate background was given through cutscenes. I was recommended this game as I am a lover of CSI type games and programmes. You take the role of a drunk Ethan Thomas an ex-special investigator who throughout the game suffers from awful nightmares(Well thats the best way I can describe what happens). At random ... more

    Advantages Advantages great combat, good story, great scares

    *This is also on my Dooyoo.com account* The game picks up quickly, and being a wuss, i was scared almost immediately. Things as simple as turning around corners is now a big thing as you never know when something is going to pop out and scare you. The environments are very good, with many creepy things thrown into the mix to put you off. A particuly scary moment in the game was *spoiler* when i was walking forwards, with a mirror in front of me, and i saw a crazed man running at me from behind! *spoiler over!*.
