I have used this conditioner along with the control freak shampoo and serum to try and tame my wavy highlighted hair. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser. ...much so, that i use Paul Mitchell shampoo 1 as well now. The conditioner is great, it conditions your hair well but without feeling heavy nor is it difficult to rinse off leaving you feeling like you have a build up of it.
