The telephone help is first rate, and there's non of this 50p per minute call charges (only 6p per minute during the day). The staff are helpful and very friendly, and can sort out any problem's within minutes.
When BT finally pull their finger out, Connectfree will have their free evenings and weekend service on BT Surftime. But until then, you will still have ... .../>
If you want to connect to their free service, when it does finally go online, it will only charge you a small fee of £4 per month, which to me is excellent, compared to other ISP's, who charge between £10 and £20 per month.

This is a fantastically fast dial up service with connection first time, 24/7 a day. Into the bargain, you can have a .co.uk or .org.uk domain of your choice with the standard dial up service for just the cost of a three minute premium rate phone call. The helpline is fast answering and their people are helpful and efficient (it's a national rate phone call). Standard dial up at local rates and unlimited web space provided; this is an excellent package. ... ...think there is a BT Surftime tie in at two rates, including a 24/7 business package at £24.99 a month, due up September 2000. The only drawbacks are the slight delay if you want an FP server and a lack of email forwarding from your domain. Their web site is fairly basic and their help pages fall a bit short of the mark, especially if you're an inexperienced web user. Otherwise, give it a try. 0800 access on weekends for no subscription charge, never engaged
slow, no newsgroup access, few e-mails, little webspace, homepage is poor, need to use gofree dialling software, expensive support, poor e-mail suppor (*)
