In case you need extra storage!

Advantages: big security benefit, look good, work well, easy to fit
Disadvantages: get very hot

I've had two of these units for about 8 months now. As my new computer has three hard drives built in, it wasn't feasible to put two of my old drives from my old computer in the new case buy I couldn't be bothered transfering so much data (plus the old drives were 350 and 400 gig anyway) and so I decided to just my put old drives in a couple of these and increase my storage and solve my problem in an easy and cheap way. First rubbish IcyBox hard drive case

Advantages: Nice LED lights
Disadvantages: Unreliable, corrupts all data suddenly and stops working for no reason

This was the first IcyBox hard drive case I bought for my brand new hard drive about five years ago. It has worked for about two years then it damaged all my data, folder, pictures, documents and everything else that was important on my hard drive. The EU-M10C is like locking my door & setting an alarm!

Advantages: Complete security, great performance, decent price
Disadvantages: Loss of key & cannot duplicate

In my opinion, this storage case is easy to use and has a hardware encryption. Only had to format the hard disk with the key during the initial setup. Afterwards, no one can read my data inside unless they have the key. The security system is called "Enova X-WALL® LX security ASIC". speed 3500 - nice looking black external enclosure

Advantages: nice finish, easy to use
Disadvantages: like all 3.5" enclosure, u need external power supply

...almost never turn it off (so as my pc) , yet i never have a problem with overheating (yet?) . think Tsunami is make nice quality enclosure these days. Will try out more of their samples from my shops before moving onto something else that catch my attention. ...
