...am very impressed with the AEG D21004 and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing a new double oven, however I would say that it does consume a fair amount of electricity so if you are worried about this you may be better looking for a model that has a better energy rating. I have had my new diplomat cooker for over a month now so have the opportunity to try out many of its features. The Diplomat AHY/4401 S/S also goes by the name of the select 920 multi function double oven. Advantages: Very Stylish, Glass removes very easily to be cleaned, just slides out.
Disadvantages: Only two Grill Heats, not a choice of low to high, only meadium then high.

...price was so good, and New World is one of the less well known manufacturers on the market. I went ahead and purchased it and was delighted when it arrived. It looks very stylish and would sit well in any modern kitchen, The main oven is really functional and easy to use and because it''s a fan oven, it cooks really quickly and evenly. The slight downside, is the grill, it only has two heat settings, and I found that it was hard to judge which setting ...
...that I have had before have had a range of heat settings which made it easier to judge the correct heat for whatever I was cooking. I am getting used to it now, and the fact that the oven is great, compensates for the not so great grill. We bought this cooker December 2006 from Argos, worked perfect for a while before the electric oven packed up....less than two years, cant be good value for money.
