An expensive load of trouble

The top oven took 45 minutes to get to a stable temperature which was 50deg F below the set temperature. Food was burned at the back and uncooked at the front. Advantages: Good sized main oven - when it is working.
Disadvantages: Unreliable. Parts interlinked & when one part fails it causes others to fail.

My husband and I bought this cooker 16 months ago and have recently had several replacement parts. The cooker has not been fixed, so, for over a month now, we have only had use of two and a half rings and part of the grill. Although insured, we have just been advised that we have to pay towards delivery and installation of a new cooker. We have not accepted the offer of a replacement C60EKS! Advantages: Wok Burner, separate grill.
Disadvantages: Build quality could be better in a couple of areas.

...eight ring cooker, so the Cannon has my vote here. Next thing to look out for is the number of ovens - the Cannon has two full ovens(one fan assisted) which can be very useful. There are several cookers in this class with one 'large' oven - which takes much longer to warm up! Such a large cooker does require a dedicate ring main connection - look into this before buying as it would be a large expense if your supply isn't rated correctly. Overall ...

Our range cooker

Advantages: large , easy to use
Disadvantages: fan oven is very low down . clock has no memory during power cuts

A nice looking oven at a good price, ours is the dual fuel version running the hob from a gas bottle outside the house. It has a fan oven,a normal oven, a grill and a warming drawer. The hob has some nice heavy cast iron pan racks these look really good and support the pans nicely.
