The wines are (or should be) put not only in colour sections, but also in country section, making it easy to find the wine you want. Some people do ask if we do a particular wine, and don’t have a clue where it’s from! This makes me angry for two reasons, they drink it so they should find out from the previous bottle, and they thing I am as think as s**t because I don’t know. Let me ask you, would you be able to immediately find a wine on the shelves if you didn’t know where it was from?
Sometimes the item you may want isn't in stock, so I would suggest an alternative, which keeps customers happy. We always get a weekly delivery, so we usually do have items. The more popular things we are not always allowed to order the quantity we want, so thats why we run out.

OVERVIEW:
'Cookingtime.co.uk' is the online version of the high street store 'Cooking Time', which can be found in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
The same products that are in the store can be found on the website, but anyone from around the UK can order from the site - it's not only for customers local to the store. The products are all kitchenware products.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF THE WEBSITE:
I originally came across this website because I was looking for a replacement mug for somebody, for one that was broken. I entered my search term into google and Cookingtime.co.uk was one of the first websites in the list.
On arriving at the homepage, I was immediately impressed by its professional feel - the homepage is tidy, not too cluttered and with very easy navigation. It can be daunting ordering products from an unknown website ...
Advantages: Lot better than the original Disadvantages: none really
We had the original and it was at best rubbish, wouldn't heat the bottles quick enough. It didn't have an off switch, so you had to reach for the plug.
Well we all make mistakes and tommee tippee have gone back to the drawing board, and increased the heating speed, and it also has a zero button which turns the thing off. The size of the palce where you place the bottle is also big enough for any bottles. We got ours from mothercare for 13.99 rrp 20 pound. Still even at £20 i would still buy it. We took our old one back and have one of the new ones upstairs and downstairs. Well highly reccomended by us, and it has a mother and baby gold award amongst others.
