    Advantages Advantages Easy to clean.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None, so far.

    I bought this fryer because I loved the idea of been able to take it apart to clean it. After many years of struggling to keep a traditional deep fat fryer clean I couldn't wait to test drive this one. I wasn't disappointed, after removing the power section, the oil tray comes out and the basket, lid, oil tray and wall of fryer can be washed in soapy water. The only drawback is trying to keep the power supply part clean but the rest looks as good as new. For safety reasons. of course, washing the power supply part is not advisable, although wiping with a cloth removes any dust but not all the ... more
