This is a small neat machine, nice black matt finish does not mark easily. Three easy to operate buttons on front for power, hot water and steamer functions. Removable metal hotplate for ease of cleaning. It`s quite a robust design and is simplicity itself to use. There is a large removable water reservoir at the rear of the machine which blends into the appliance. The device comes with a tamperer and coffee measurer but ideally should come with at least one small cup supplied. It does say it is ideal for normal sized cups, this is not exactly true unless u do want your coffee in a typical espresso cup. Although it will use a medium sized mug but not comfortably. The inbuilt steamer on the side is perfect and works a treat for frothing milk etc although with a bit more thought this should have been placed higher on the machine as it is awkward to get a decent size cup under where it is. This is an ideal first time buy for the coffee lover and as I took advantage of paying almost half price for mine at Argos, £29.99 I`m more than happy with the speed and quality of the machine. From start to finish it does`nt take much longer than making an instant coffee.
