Advantages easy to use

Disadvantages hot when comes out so let cool down

I bought this Cookworks Signature Sandwich Toaster from Argos about a month ago for £21.99 which I thought was a good price and I wanted a four slice toastie machine as there are five of us living here in my family and when you put the toastie machine on there seems to be shouts of "I'll have one" coming from the living room everytime.

This is a stylish looking toasty machine and comes with the plug already fitted, it matches my decor in the kitchen and is easy to use. The instructions come with it but all you have to do is butter the bread, place it in the toastie machine butter side out onto the hot plate add your filling of cheese or whatever you prefer and then close the lid. This seals the filling in the toastie.
The handle then closes with a catch that secures the machine shut.
It will light up and when the light goers out the toastie is ready.

You have to be careful when you open the machine as it is still very hot, so it's not for young children to use and you do have to wait a while for the toasties to cool too, especially if you have added tomato to your cheese, for some reason tomatoes seem to stay hot for a long time and can burn the mouth if not careful.

It is easy to clean, but doesn't go in the dishwasher or sink, just wipe clean with a cloth but not a abrasive washing up sponge or you will take the coating off the machine and it won't be any use then. Only use wooden utensils to get the toasties out if they stick tio the sides of the machine too as metal will damage it.
It is 1100 watts so heats up very quickly and makes four toasties at one time.

There are so many different fillings you can use that you won't get short of idea's from cheese to tuna and banana's there is always something you can add to the filling for a delicious hot toastie at lunch time.
