As a poor university student, once in a while I feel I have to treat myself to Copella apple juice - it is sheer luxury!
Copella Apple Juice seriously is delicious. Its "pure pressed" and a cloudy yellow/green colour. Its thick and actually tastes like it has apples in it!!! Not only does the juice taste delicious, but you know its really good for you and gives you a vitamin C boost. Its such a change to drink something really nice and for it to be good for you.
Although the juice is sweet, it is not artificially sweet like many other juices on the market, it retains a very slight tangy quality and is very refreshing and definitely moreish!
Buy a one litre bottle of the stuff and I guarantee it will be finished in no time at all. The downside to this juice is the price - £1.69 in my local Tesco. But to be honest even though I am moaning about the price, I don't mind paying for quality and Copella is certainly a quality drink.
The packaging is simple enough. A clear plastic bottle lets you see the apple juice inside. Like I said before, the juice is cloudy, but there are no "bits" in it like you sometimes find in other fruit drinks, it has a smooth, thick and rounded consistency that is very satisfying.
It has a gold screw cap and the label simply shows the company name "Copella" and some apples. The gold cap and attractive logo, gives the apple juice a quality appearance.
Oh by the way...Copella used to make an apple and orange juice that was amazing but I can't seem to find it anymore, I can find apple and mango, but no apple and orange. Anyone know whats happened to it??
