Who ever invented these I'll shake their hand!

Advantages: Clears your sinuses in no time
Disadvantages: Can take their time to get to the pain

...is Sudafed. Sudafed are met by Pfizer Consumer Healthcare in Surrey and are taken to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu especially sinus pain (which can be painful and uncomfortable!). They contain 5mg of Phenylephrine hydrochloride, 300mg of Paracetamol and 25mg of Caffeine and 1 capsuel can be taken by children from the age of 6 every 4 hours up to 2 capsules for adults. Review of Sudafed Chesty Cough

sudafed decongestant elixir

Advantages: works quickly, very effective, not too expensive from 2 years and up
Disadvantages: cannot use for more than 5 days, not for people with asthma or high blood pressure

...Boots pharmacist she recommended the Sudafed elixir because it is non-drowsy but still effective. The Active ingredient is Pseudoephedrine, which is why you have to buy it over the counter, this stuff works unlike phenylephrine which is what you find in lemsip sachets and has little or no effect on a lot of people. The taste isnt too awful either which is a major bonus and I found that after dosing her with this she didnt need any painkillers - not ...
