Through their high street agent Mann and Co, this company has provided various property and valuation for over 100 of years. The downside of this estate agent is that they tend to price the price of the property up and plays the number games with the buyer. Mann Countrywide offer a poor over-priced service to vendors they never return phone calls - do not give feedback from viewers or update you on what they are doing to sell your home! all in all they are lazy and seem to do as little as possible to sell your property!
