Disadvantages I use them !
I used this compnay 10 years as first time buyer, as we did not know any better, and it was ok ( as far as i remember) so going again with them seemed normal.
What a mistake !!! We are doing a part exchange , and therefore should be straight forward. CW has been useless, we are calling them everyday to chase up, they keep updating us via letter. They do not acknowledge emails, do not call back when you ask to .. We are still not sure , if we will be completed in a near future as everytime we call there is always something missing!! ...Seriously , do not use them , you will regret it , "today was the ice on the cake , when a staff memeber, told us that they are prioritising First time buyer and we are at th ebottom of the list .. " as you can imgaine this set me on fire and i gave them some of my peace of mind...Unbelievable usuelss company .
After this experience I will be creating a nice blog and circulate everywhere, they should stop trading!
