so bad that i would never buy from anyone who used them, even if it was my dream home....... i find it very bizarre that these days a company like this cannot adjust to the fast changing environment, especially when operating in the sector so highly concentrated on customers and their needs. in my opinion they should review the processes from the operational perspective, improve client facing skills and train the stuff properly so they can handle the cases appropriately, otherwise they will have to outsource someone to deal with the volume of the customers complaints. if they cannot cope with the volume they should either hire more people or reduce the amount of cases they undertake. i hope all these reviews will help the customers and the company. this is like a free survey which could be used to improve the company's image!
