SERVICE

After a horrendous episode with MFI, it was a joy to find a high street furniture retailer who actually looked after the customer.

After hunting round many furniture stores within Stevenage, looking for a sofa.

It was a pleasure to walk in to Courts and receive outstanding customer service from the sales lady.

She was courteous, knowledgeable and a good humoured. She gave us enough space to look around, but let us know that she was there is we needed her, which is a welcome change after feeling pressured by sale people in other stores.

When we found the sofa we wanted, she sat down with us and went through all the features and options; again she let us lead the conversation, offering ideas and suggestions along the way.

Even with the optional extras, like the fabric warranty and guarantee, she explained it all too us, but she was not pushy. All of which we took up, by the way.

I'd like to mention the guys who delivered our sofas. They did an outstanding job getting both the three and two sofas up the stairs and into our first floor flat.

They were courteous, well mannered and thoughtful. Although it was a struggle getting the sofas in, they did it with patience and care.

As a result of this great service, we have just placed an online order for a coffee table with Courts to with our new sofas.

PRODUCT

The two and three seater sofas are well made and attractive. They fit well within our lounge. They are both made of high quality materials, and both came with a free 5 year parts and labour guarantee.
