Yes they work

Advantages: marks easy to remove fron smooty surfaces
Disadvantages: some marks do not wash off

I noticed that no one else has written about crayola washable crayons and thought I would be able to tell you about these crayons. In New York in 1899 Edward Binney and his cousin C Harold Smith owned a factory that made shoe polish and printing ink. They produced slate pencils for schools. In 1902 they had developed a non toxic colourful crayon and crayola crayons were born. A box of 8 coloured crayons cost 1 nickel. I am sure a lot of you will have used crayola crayons. The washable crayons are very similar to the wax crayons I used as a child. I am not sure if they were washable then. If your child is over zealous in their crayoning and marks the table or the wall you can clean the crayon of by rubbing with a wet soapy cloth, this is usually successful and marks are removed. The marks do not come off a porous surface ...

Review of Crayola Washable Crayons

Twist again like you did last colour!

Advantages: Easy and practical to use
Disadvantages: Not too many colours at present

again, Dooyoo!) on a pack of Crayola Twistables and a new pattern book. I wasn't sure what to expect from Twistables. The colouring part itself is the consistency of a crayon, only thinner, and is cased in plastic, with the "twist" part at the opposite end to the point. I say point, they aren't sharp as such, but the tip is a little thinner than the rest of the stick. So, imagine a tall crayon on a diet, wearing a plastic jacket, with twisty..uh...shoes, and you can picture a Twistable. They are considerably longer than a crayon, even longer than a pencil crayon in fact, and about as thick as a relatively fat biro. I wanted to leave my new book to start colouring on the plane but I was too excited to try my Twistables (*cough cough LOSER cough*), so I decided one page couldn't hurt. In the interests of reviewing and all. I was ...

Review of Crayola Twistable Coloured Pencils

It's very colourful

Advantages: Craty idea
Disadvantages: None

to do but when Little Miss first used the pens, she was a bit disappointed because the colour doesn't show up immediately; it only takes a few seconds for the paper to change colour. She is used to it now, and happily draws away with the time lag between putting pen to paper and the rainbow effect not bothering her at all. The effects are very colourful and when the paper is drawn on, we get random colours. WARNINGS • Markers may stain some surfaces • Wash hands after use • Don't get the paper wet because the black coating on the paper could run. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY Widely available from toy shops and supermarkets, this costs £4.99 MADE BY?
