greasy!
Review of Avon Re-fine Stretch Mark Smoother by
button-moon
Advantages: skin feels smoother, and less like the surface of the moon!
Disadvantages: a bit greasy, and a bit pricey
...and as we all know avon are always having sales and special prices so you could grab a few during those. the only other thing that annoyed me was that it was quite greasy, i used to put it on when i was going to bed though as if you put it on during the day your clothes tend to stick to you for a while! it does live up to its description though, it firms the skin and stretchmarks do appear to fade...all the purply pinkish streaks dont seem as intense ...

cellusculpt
Review of Avon Cellusculpt by
mollyanna
Advantages: toned my thighs, good value
Disadvantages: time consuming
...this on offer in my Avon brochure and wanting to wear shorts on this summer I thought I'd better do something about my cellulite problem. My husband says I am imagining it, but thats men for you! I considered using polyfiller till I saw the cellusculpt on offer for six pounds.
You are suppose to massage this in your thigh area for five minutes, twice a day, chance would be a fine thing! As a mother of two young children, I do not get the chance ... ...The smell was pleasant and the cream easy to use. The cream did not absorb well in my skin and left it greasy. The cream is packaged into an easy to use tube. In fact too user friendly, to the amusement of my toddler who managed to smear it over my mirror. I was very sceptical whether it would work, it seems too good to be true loosing inches off the thigh, ' A waste of money' said my husband. I took no notice of such scetism and continued to slap ...

I've Got a Confession To Make
Review of Avon Self Taut Anti Cellulite Gel by
sylvanian
Advantages: It leaves the skin smooth and firm
Disadvantages: feels very cold when applied
...I can relax. Avon cellulite gel*****
At last I have got to it.
I recently bought this gel from my local Avon rep. At the time it was on special offer with some other products and I bought all 4 for £10 (a bargain)
The cellulite gel, which comes in a large 200ml tube, promises to improve skin tone, firm the skin and improve the appearance of cellulite prone skin in JUST 4 WEEKS.
To use you just massage into cellulite prone areas, for me this is ... ...and you don’t need a large amount. It feels very cold and for at least 10 minutes after my legs feel freezing and slightly tingly but at least I feel like it is doing something.
The gel is a clear peachy colour and has a strange smell, not unpleasant just unusual, the tube says that it has multi fruit acids and natural botanicals so its probably the mix of plants and fruits that you can smell. The list of ingredients is water, alcohol, perfume (these ...

Just your average moisturiser to be honest!
Review of Avon Firming Body Lotion with Liposomes by
lisafaefife05
Advantages: Moisturises really well! Non greasy!
Disadvantages: Doesn't smell that great and haven't noticed any changes.
...I've always loved avon and i usually always buy my moisturisers and other lotions and potions from their extensive range! I decided to look for something a bit different this time and came across the 'firming body lotion'. It was surprisingly cheap for such a large bottle and what a good idea! Firming up your skin while moisturising. As always, i was a bit doubtful as to whether it would actually work but if all else failed, i'd still be left with ... ...is probably the reason for the lowered cost) but it's not there to look at is it? So there i was getting all excited, thinking i was on my way to nice, firm skin. The application of this lotion wasn't all that easy. It took quite a while to properly absorb and i can't say i like the smell too much either but i thought i'd persevere for a small while at least. Obviously there were no instant results and the average moisturiser takes up to 8 weeks ...

Its another Avon review...
Review of Avon Planet Spa Olive Oil Whipped Body Cream by
vixsta14
Advantages: The smell! Mmmmm
Disadvantages: None
After trawling through the latest Avon Brochure I came across Mediterranean Olive Oil whipped body cream from the Planet Spa range. I have tried many of Planet Spa products before and found them to be fantastic value for money so after seeing this advertised I was quite keen to give it a try.
As you have probably gathered from all of my other reviews I'm a really girly girl and love to have a vast collection of different products. As the weather ... ...wouldn't have know it was Avon I can imagine it would be confused with being a Body Shop product quite easily.
After peeling back the foil lid I was hit by a lovely fresh summery smell. It is not perfumery in the slightest but almost like a fresh fabric conditioner sort of smell. The cream is a pale off white colour with tiny green coloured beads mixed throughout and really does looked whipped!
The cream is very easy to apply and goes on effortlessly ...
