The bottle is clear plastic with a flip top lid. The lotion needs to be squeezed out and this can be quite hard so give the bottle a few gentle shakes but be careful that too much doesn't come out. ...you use it more in the Summer because of the weather but it is great for anytime of the year. It dries very quickly so there is no waiting around and the effects do last.
