This headset is designed for gaming. It has a noise-cancelling microphone, so that only your voice is relayed to your team, and soft earpads for comfort in long gaming sessions.
I have to say that I am very pleased with this. I was using my iPod earphones with my computer - terrible, but all I had. I decided to invest in a headset, and found this for around £25.For its price, it's surprisingly good. The sound is clear and easy to adjust. The drivers are very impressive - you can hear every rumble in the background. I was astounded at the quality of the sound.
It's nice and adjustable as well, so that it fits snugly over your ears. I find it quite light on the ears - as with all headphones, you'll know it's there, and when you take them off, your head will feel a bit more free, but as headphones go, it's quite light, so it doesn't distract you too much.The headband has a nice pad, and the earpieces are also padded, so it's very comfortable to wear. The mike is adjustable, and even removable, so you can just listen if you want, without the distraction of the mike.
I don't really find anything wrong with this product - I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't give really realistic sound. After all, it's not a high-end, £100+ set of headphones. But the sound is pretty awesome coming from inbuilt laptop speakers, and offers amazing value, given its price.
