I took it home, installed everything perfectly until the moment the software told me to plug in the webcam - at that very moment, I was confronted by the Blue Screen of Death. My computer ... ...my webcam, my laptop just restarted. I never managed to see the picture at all.
What is worse than the camera not working at all is the appalling customer service. I emailed their technical team from the website about three or four times over the course of a month, telling them my problems with increasing detail. I never ONCE received a reply. I took it home, installed everything perfectly until the moment the software told me to plug in the webcam - at that very moment, I was confronted by the Blue Screen of Death. My computer restarted and every single time I attempted to plug in my webcam, my laptop just restarted. I never managed to see the picture at all.
What is worse than the camera not working at all is the appalling customer service. I emailed their technical team from the website about three or four times over the course of a month, telling them my problems with increasing detail. I never ONCE received a reply. Unfortunately, because I had to practically tear the box open to get the camera out, I could not even return it to the store where I bought it...Crap.
This means that all the ratings I give below will be very harsh because really, I never got a chance to see the picture quality, resistance to colour blooding, colour sensitivity etc.
