Video resolution 800 to 600 pixels is absolutely fine for having a good videoconference. Does quite well when is dark. Have very interesting software which recognises main point on your faces and thanks to it you can choose a mask, hat, sombrero, moustache or one of huge number of them. They will follow your face. It's a bit fun
Quality of pictures is not great but let's be hones - who is using pc camera to do high quality shoots??
Design is satisfying same way as special stand. Can be placed on top of CRT monitor as well as LCD (that's the one I use).
Its good value for money, simply to use and install, Newest software, drivers and masks are available from creative website.
Can strongly recommend it to people with short budget.
Is not the best top quality but does it all and works. Haven't had any technical issues and cable is long enough.
Advantages: Great quality picture and video Disadvantages: Quite pricey compared to other webcams

I brought my CreativeLive! CamVideoIM Pro last year (2006) around about the Easter period as I had been using the MSN messenger service for quite a while and a lot of my friends and family had them and so I thought that it was about time I got one too.
Price
I first brought my CreativeLive! CamVideoIM Pro at a PC world in Canterbury, it cost me about £30, however this was quite a while ago and I have looked around and on the internet I have found the same webcam for around about £20 so do your home work first.

The CreativeLive! CamVideoIM Pro can take photos at an incredible 1.3 mega pixels which is one of the highest quality still picture capture for webcams and you'll be hard pressed to find better.

I brought my web cam in a small Arabian country called Qatar as i was visiting family who are working out there and felt a little home sick and wanted to see people back home. So i looked around and eventually found a shop called 'Carrefour's' which is basically the same as Tesco.
