When I first bought it I didn't know what to expect, there were good and bad reviews about it.Of the three colours (black, white and grey) I chose the white one.When I went home I imediately plugged it to the pc. It wasn't the easiest thing to interface to the computer but I can't say it was hard either. It comes in a nice compact box with batteries and hearphones included. The audio quality is very very good and sufficiently loud too (actually it's the loudest within all my mp3players).The design is essential and it doesn't look as cheap as some people say. The 2GB are divided into a few preset folders, you cannot add your own folders or modify the original ones so you will have to divide your songs into these three, and you can only store up to a third of 2GB in each one of them. This could be reason for annoyance by some users. Honestly it never bothered me. Another thing that I liked of it was the weight and the warm blue light of the screen that makes it clear to read in every light condition. The product was surprisingly good and I went back to the shop and bought another one for a possible gift (this time in the colour black which was good looking too)... when I had to gift one of the two it was a hard time to decide which colour I liked the most. Overall this is a good mp3 player with good sound quality that will satisfy most of its buyers in my opinion. I voted it excellent because I simply like it a lot. About durability, I dropped it so many times and it's still as new
