Advantages: great design Disadvantages: dificult to use
CreativeZenMozaic has a great design. The 9 control buttons, throw chromatic selection and arrangement, are a beautiful solution for the visual impact.
But, there is the aspect and there is the use. After playing a little with his functions, your eyes are getting tired and you are a little nervous about the foggish image. The buttons are small, very close one to another and have the same form.
Well, at sound chapter things are pretty well - dinamic, an equalizer and low frequences creates a water sound. When seeing a video, the powerful colors are trying to jump into your eyes. As for software, it lacks a lot...You can use it just as MTP, with files WMP11.
CreativeZenMozaic sounds and looks great, at a right price, but with things to improve in hardware and software. ...

You got to reward Creative for trying out this Soduku designed forum. It hasn't a patch on the old MPŁ Player design - excuse the pun. Now it is completely different to the Micro series 3 years ago; you wouldn't believe it was designed by the same manufacturer. -The Mosaic series has a much more crunchier visual design finish than the 'V' series a year ago. I am a big Creative fan, from getting my first mp3 player I had a Zen Micro, a Zen V+ and now the Zen Mosaic.
I decided I needed to get a new player after the little joystick knob on the V+ broke and immediately looked at the Mosaic as the new player on the market. There were several aspects of it that attracted me.
Firstly, the controls - unlike the Micro the buttons are push buttons which means that the player can be operated while wearing gloves and the lack of anything fancy like the control knob on the V+ meant that it seemed more robust.
Secondly, the speaker - unlike other Zen mp3 players the Mosaic has an in-built speaker and although it is never going to provide the best sound quality, it does mean that they player can be used without the need to buy a speaker set and it makes it incredibly portable.
