I've always been interested in these types of PMP component packages whether it's a standard screen model, or whether it is HD quality or touchscreen quality. The OLED screen definition is very good, sheer gloss and glamour which is very user friendly; it has a Nokia feel for me; not surprising really as both companies originated in the East and Chinese market before setting their sights on the Western digital market.
The 2cms X 2cms squared screen is of very high quality and holds it's own in the function stakes. The MP3 Player only is compatible with JPEG customary images. That you can load off from a digital camera, the PC, or from the internet itself. The audio quality is crystal clear, of course depending on the size of file the MP3 file as the higher the size of the file the better the quality. The one thing that saddened me with this product was the fact that it has limited file recognitions.
**Software included: MediaSource - MediaExporer - ZenCast Organiser ** The Zen does have some excellent features that do include these free PMP applications that comes with the package. PLEASE NOTE > NO - MT - Mobile Technology functions are available with this product. ** No MP4 converting or encoding is available**. For any songs that have been downloaded onto your PC from paid music sites (Protected by copyright) will be able to be played by this MP3 Player

I find the 2GB is sufficient to play over 4000 MP3 music tracks. The transfer rates are fast due to the fast USB transfer fast - track Windows music browser software. What is a noticeable difference is that it is not an ipod. There are not so many features nor as stylish and slick. Naturally, there is no iTune extravaganza, with freebies and membership options that Apples ipod do include. In my opinion there is only one iPod MP3 player. No-one can emulate it. If, you're an iPod fanatic this MP3 player could put your nose out of joint; it carries a slightly clumsy portable player look and feel than Apples' iPod marketing dream machine. The display is of good quality but now looks a little outdated; amazing really as it is only 10 months old. Just shows how quickly this market turns over digital products and designs.

Weighing in at 44g - Yes this is a hefter, no it has not put on weight since the beginning of 2007. It is just that Zen V Plus is not part of the nano technology revolution. 2007 is the year where nano popped over to the UK and gave out the Werthington humbugs; thanks nano. - Zen's extras -
Yes, please take note; the 2GB is a fanastic amount of digital MP3 space for a start. The voice-recording is a fab utility - please try it; I did it was a revelation. Extreme quality; not that I like my own voice of course, though it does help. External recordings again superb. Ideal accessory for a pop concert maybe. Sending love poems to your sweetheart. No bucket is included with the PMP and ear phones; so keep it clean.

I'm going to give this PMP a 7/10 overall. Not a favourite of mine even though functionally superb and has some very favourable attributes as mentioned.
Advantages: Great sound, easy controlls, looks great! Disadvantages: small screen to watch video's on.
This CreativeZenVPlus is a stylish little mp3 player that is very handy and looks very nice. With the 1GB version you can fit about 1000 songs on there and you can also store some video files and watch them (providing they are the correct format).
The controll system mainly consists of a play/pause button, a stop button and a stick that allows you to controll left,right,up,down and select. Also there is an on off button on the side and a volume controll on the other side. The controlls on this mp3 are very neat and are extreamly easy to use.
In the menu you have options for music, video, picture, settings, now playing and a extras menu. In music you can select to browse by artist, album or just have a list of all the songs. You can have multiple play modes consisting of shuffle, play all, repeat, repeat all. There is a cool ...

Right then, the CreativeZenVPlus 2GB is a very good player to me. I purchased this mp3+mp4 player just before Christmas and first impressions were great, instruction manual very useful so I got familiar with the player very quickly. There is a lot of software that can be put onto your PC but all I use is the Creative MediaSource 5 Organizer and the ZenV Series Media Explorer. But first you want to go onto the Creative product registration and register your product so your warranty becomes valid.
Negatives: To start with, the headphones are a bit big and are like the Ipod headphones which have a very thin stalk on them so can break easily. Mine didn't break because I changed them straight away after realizing the sound quality wasn't very good and the headphones were too big and wouldn't stay in my ears, they kept falling ...
Advantages: 16GB of digital data storage Disadvantages: Failed glare test - OLED screen -
