The Dock for the ZEN Vision M may just look like something that you already have, i.e that useless little thing that came free with your player and looks like it should have cost 50p (have a look - their actually £15!) but it adds a whole lot of style to your player and it is so much easier to use. You just get your player and attach it to it, like the little adapter thingy, but this allows your player to stand up normally and it means that your player isnt lying down on your desk where anything can happen, you drop a book on it or (eep...) spill your coffee on it.
It does exactly the same thing as your adapter but it is also more ergonomically designed and it is much easier to detach your player from it. The adapter is going to bend one of these days as you have to pull it one way then the other to detach it...
It also has the ability to add another sized plate to it if you decide to Upgrade to the 60Gb player / Downgrade to the 30Gb player, so you dont have to buy a whole new one.
It is a really good idea to buy one as it is helpful, easier to use and you can show off to your mates and put it somewhere where it can be seen and show you have a better MP3 player than them.
It is also very good value for money (although I got my for free with the Creative Promotion - another reason to buy a ZEN - you get something for free if you go to the creative promo website and follow the guidelines) and is worth it.
