I purchased the Creative Zen for two of my kids for Christmas. After searching the internet for different mp3 and mp4 players I finally decided on this one. The 2.5 inch screen being one of the main reasons. After two weeks of use I must admit there GREAT. Once I had installed the software I was away. The drag and drop system works really and automaticly sorts out music files, picture files and movie files. Movie files are then converted using it's ... ...your Zen. The sound on the earphones supplied is good enough and I was very surprised how watchable the video files were. Now if 4GB is not big enough then there is a slot for SD memory cards, so the Zen can be as big as you want. If there is one drawback which I have come across would be it has a habit of freezing with a black screen, but don't worry you just simply reset it using a pin and you don't lose any of your files. I recieved this product as a gift last year and still use it on a daily basis, It has great picture quality and also serves as a very good mp3 player. The sound quality of the microphone, i found to be susprisngly good, desptie the lack of time i have spent using this feature.
