I recieved this product as a gift last year and still use it on a daily basis, It has great picture quality and also serves as a very good mp3 player. The sound quality of the microphone, i found to be susprisngly good, desptie the lack of time i have spent using this feature. It comes with all the software needed to convert file types, which is all very easy to install and use, The design and interface of the item is excellent making the menus easy to navigate with no fiddly buttons.
The only slight problem is that it only comes with a usb connection to charge it.
Overall i would definitely reccomend this product to anyone looking for a new mp3/mp4 player as it is definitely good value for money.
