I have always stuck faithful to Creative despite the lure of Apple's excellent ipod range. This model is the answer to the ipod nano. The main difference being the price tag, being drammatically cheaper than the Apple equivalent.
The unit itself is very slick and slim with a large vibrant 2.5 inch screen dominating the front. The capacity is just about right for a modest music collection. The interface is faily simple to use but does take a little but of getting used to initially. With the added option of expanding its memory with a SD card the zen provides flexibility as well ass quality.
Although the player provides video the screen is too small to watch anything of great length. It is perhaps more suited for music videos rather than television programmes. The 65million colour display is excellent for viewing photographs.
All in all an excellent product of high quality. Will not disappoint. Great value for money compared to the competition.
