Great mp3 player had it for about 7 months paid £120 from www.pixmania.co.uk reliable & easy to use good sound quality from headphones but easily broken if caught on things while hanging out of pockets I've already done this once (bought replacement pair off ebay for £4.50 inc del) the player is very robust dropped it a couple of times still working they skimped a lot with the case they provide now it's a cloth one now on previous models it used to be leather one don't attempt a firmware up if you are using Windows Media Player 11 as firmware updates with this version can be problematic and can result in player not functioning at all visit creative forum on their website before attempting firmware update from experience I would'nt advise anybody to do a firmware update unless they really have to I've had it go wrong on two different players both creative
Creative Tech Support has changed from a telephone/email system to a email system only we you submit a tech support note through their website you will get a automated response with some solutions on it if you don't respond to this email they automatically think the problem is solved read it fully most people see the words automated reponse and stop reading.
Pay an extra £30 and get a 30gb Vision M from pixmania
