This product is a waste of time and money. The quality is poor and the customer support useless. I bought it just over six months ago. It worked for about 2 months. My first problem was with the battery cover not fitting well and eventually dropping off. Eventually, they sent me a new battery cover, but the clip broke off that one too.
The more serious problem was that it switched itself off randomly, but more and more frequently (no, not the battery), and became unuseable. A search of the knowledge base acknowledged the problem and claimed that flashing new firmware would solve the problem. It did not. Then I contacted customer support for a warranty replacement. After many tedious and slow emails, they agreed a return. I sent it back six weeks ago and am still waiting. One person says they have received it. Another says they haven’t. Sometimes they don't respond at all.
I won’t ever buy Creative again.
