I find taht the zen neeon can be very slow to respond for example the wheel located on the side although very useful and easy to use I often find myself waiting absolutely ages to change from track to track its really irritating

Another thing is that you cannot search for track like the IRiver H10 you are forced to search through all teh individual trancks seperately to find the track you are looking for. When you are browsing through track you often arent gievn enough time to scroll across to see the full filename of the track.

Compared to the old Creative Zen Explorer software I find the new Creative Zen Organiser badly organised and difficult to use.

I find that the sound quality is superb although teh headphones do leak a lot of sound, I am not experiencing so far any of the probelms that i had with teh Creative Zen Micro where I found the headphone jack were always breaking

You get this novel stickers that you can stick over the front covers but I dont use them and see tehm more of a money making scheme than anything you can also choose from a range of colours as with most creative products and you can change the screen colour to match this as well
