Mine is two months out of guarantee so has imploded. Black bits, oil, shards of plastic, after clunking around like a cannon ball in a drum. It has been used twice a month at most, and kindly, since I bought it, but within weeks of use the retaining clip decided to break, and a service engineer was none too obliging. We persevered and it's been treated with kid gloves (not that we'd spin them..) and has still let us down. In spite of EU trading standards laws Creda unlikely to say, hey, goodwill time, we'll repair or replace, and Asda , the providers, kind of wash their hands of customer care if it's under warranty. In all, a poor experience. No, I'd suggest wringing clothes out on some stones on the beach might be more practical in the long term...
