Advantages: No hose to vent, warms up house! Disadvantages: Noise, running cost.
...We were bought this tumble dryer as a moving in gift for our new house, finally having space to put a tumble dryer.
We went for the condenser type because there is no need for a vent to the out side, which up here in the north west of Scotland is the last thing you want during a winter gale, believe me!
OPERATION..
The controls for the dryer are easy to understand and operate, the timer is settable up to 120 mins and is clearly marked. The heat setting is a 'push in/out' type with two options, low or high. There is a light that comes on when you need to empty the water bottle, but more about that latter on. The instruction book is fairly good, but i didnt pay to much attention to it.
INSTALLATION..
The dryer is quite heavy and i would advise you to sweet talk who ever delivers it to your home into getting it as close...

Advantages: It's cheap and easy to use. Disadvantages: It heats the room, legs and door aren't adjustable, doesn't dry large items well, eg duvet covers
...I've owned Creda appliances before and always found them to be cheap, but capable.I have owned this tumble dryer for about six months. The first problem came when we wanted to swap the door to open the other way. The engineer had to jam paper into the lock to make it close. It was the only option, as the door wasn't adjustable. When using the dryer, it pumps out lots of warm air into the room - OK in the winter, but not in the summer. It is also very noisey. If you are looking to keep in your kitchen the noise and heat might be a bit much. Fortunately, mine is in an outside room - if it wasn't, I would never be able to 'put up' with it!...

Advantages: Condenser , easy to clean and maintain. No vents required Disadvantages: Water holder cover door can break easily,
...We purchased this tumble dryer about 2 years ago. It is used up to three times a day and has been a great tumble dryer. We do a lot of washing (4 kids) and wanted to use the dryer both over night and during the day. We didn't want to leave windows open for the vent, so we decided to purchase a more expensive condensing machine.
It runs for upto 120 mins, with a final 'cool tumble' for 10 mins. This seems to help with the ironing. There are two heat setting, high and low. We tend to leave ours on 'high' all the time. There is an anti tangle feature which seems to work quite well, except with quilt covers...
The filters are easily removed for cleaning. The water drum is located at the bottom behind a plastic removable cover. Our old washing machine was only a 1000 spin speed, so we had to empty the drum almost every tumble load. We...

We have just spent the weekend with my sister-in-law and she has just bought this model.
My goodness - it's amazing. I got a full demo and tried it out myself - I even did some of her ironing for her so I could test its de-crease capabilities.
