Incompetent Barclaycard Customer Service

Disadvantages: Cutomer Service

To Egg or not to Egg?

Advantages: Good customer service, Discount Rewards
Disadvantages: Discounts change and other cards have better rewards

Amex Platinum Credit Card with Cashback - Mostly Excellent

Advantages: Customer services, cashback bonus
Disadvantages: Not acceped everywhere, high APR if you carry a balance

...to be a lot of American Express Products under this category so I'll clarify which one I am reviewing: The Platinum Credit Card with Cashback.
