Oh, I so wish I could say that I just spend 40 pounds for a 7 ml tub (I mean...the size of a nut!)of cream that makes me look more and more like Beyonce... Unfortunately I can't, and now I regret not having spent those 40 pounds down my local pub. I bought the cream because I was curious and I kept on using it for 2 months because I was stubborn, but now I can definitely say: it does not work.I mean, it's a good moisturizer, it smells nice, it's rich but not too rich and you definitely need a tiny bit to be moisturized all day. But I wasn't looking for just a good moisturizer.I was looking for a fantastic cream that was worth its price, I was looking for a cream that could make my skin glow and that could minimize the fine lines and I didn't get any of that. I followed the instructions carefully: you are supposed to warm a tiny dab between fingertips before tapping it on the face, but my fingers absorbed most of the cream!Does it mean I will have wrinkle-free finger tips?? The Creme de la Mer, ladies and gentlemen, DOES NOT contain a SPF, which means that, although I spent a fortune for this cream, I have to spend even more for another cream with SPF (and would I apply it before or after the Creme de la Mer?).This is not acceptable, everyone knows about the risks of skin cancer and if I pay a fortune for a face cream then it has to be perfect. That was the bad news. The good news, however, is that excellent creams DO exist. Instead of wasting money on a product that is mainly famous because VIP use it ( sure...Victoria Beckham looks like that because she uses Creme de la Mer, not because she has Botox injections, and Restylane fillings...) you'd better off investing your money in something that will take your breath away: Decleor Aromassence Neroli (an oil that smells so gorgeous that uplift your spirit!) and Decleor Vitaroma (a moisturizes packed with essential oils that will leave your skin as smooth as silk). If I can help at least one woman not to waste her money on such an overrated cream, then my mission will be accomplished. On the other hand if you are as curious as I was and you want to try anyway then buy a very small tub.You can get a 3.5 ml tub on Ebay for a tenner and it will definitely last for a couple of weeks if not more. This will be enough for you to judge for yourself

Blimey! I can't believe that a 7ml pot cost you £40, I sell them on Ebay for £14 each! I wonder if you were sold a fake product...I swear by this cream as it really does make my skin 'glow' and has diminished the appearance of some of my small lines (let's face it, no moisturiser will get rid of them).

I often wondered about this cream but the cost put me off trying.
