This is a small step up from the average electric brush for two reasons.
Two buttons control the motion of the brush. The main control, a large well shaped button almost the size of a thumb pad is pushed up easily for continuous use, and down to stop. The ... ...that rather shocking start, the Crest Dual Effect electric toothbrush settled down from its manic cleaning to a speed quite as thorough, minus the toothache, and shows little sign of needing new batteries for a good few months to come. As I brush my teeth currently three or more times a day, it will soon require a change of head, which is quite commendable too.
