I will NEVER go back to these people. I've had nothing but hassle in getting the bike running properly with them and now I've got a damaged bike which they reckon was like it when I brought it in. They're impossible to reason with and they're rude and unpleasant when things go wrong.
Sweet as pie when they smell a sale, but much less helpful afterwards. I've had to have the work done elsewhere and it was fixed first time and turned out to be a simple throttle sensor costing a few quid - so much for all the exhaustive tests that these people had to do (and the resulting costs) - and they still never solved it. Fortunately, there are plenty of other dealers who seem to give a fig because these people certainly don't.
