Advantages Stable, Easy to install, Never had a DOA
Disadvantages 1GB might not be enough as a stand alone these days for Windows 7 builds

I have used Crucial DIMM for many years. I run OverclockersHQ and we have reviewed a lot of companies DIMM's. So far I haven't been able to find another ram that come close to the stability under overclocked and stock conditions. The ram goes in easily and I have never had a DOA unit to date. I cannot say the same for other companies I have used in the past. If you want rock solid performance and long term stability pick up one of these, or any other crucial product.
Dealing with customer support is also a plus for Crucial as a whole. I have only ever had one installation issue in the past and Crucials knowledgeable support staff where both helpful and excellent to deal with. I currently run over 10 systems and every single one of them has Crucial Branded Ram in them and until another company steps up to the plate Crucial will stay at bat for all my future builds.
